Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order and how to stop your RenuvaMD subscription. RenuvaMD is owned and operated by ECOMCOATS LLC.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of purchase. To cancel, contact us within that hour:

Please include your full name and order number. If you cancel within 1 hour, your order will not ship and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

After 1 hour, your order begins processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Subscription Charges

Subscription charges cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. RenuvaMD products are sold by subscription only and are billed automatically every 28 days. Each renewal charge creates a new order that is processed for shipment, so it cannot be cancelled or reversed after billing.

The only exception is a refund approved under our 90-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Stopping Future Subscription Charges

You can stop your subscription at any time so that you are not billed again. Email support@renuva-md.com or call +1 205 618 6469 before your next billing date. Once your subscription is cancelled, no further charges will be made and no further orders will ship.

Before You File a Dispute

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved in less than 24 hours when you reach us directly.
