1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on renuva-md.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any products. RenuvaMD ("RenuvaMD," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase products from RenuvaMD. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Availability

All products sold on renuva-md.com are dietary supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions, images, and other content on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

4. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. RenuvaMD does not store your full credit card or payment details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate our policies, or contain incorrect information.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 10 minutes of being placed. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

6. Shipping

All orders ship from our international fulfillment warehouse with an estimated delivery time of 4–9 business days to the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns, Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on our products, subject to documented weekly product usage. We also accept returns within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping costs paid by the customer. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full terms and conditions.

8. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program, you authorize RenuvaMD to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the agreed-upon interval until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@renuva-md.com. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. RenuvaMD is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the billing date.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and trademarks, is the property of RenuvaMD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to interfere with the operation of the Site, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to resell any products purchased from RenuvaMD without prior written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenuvaMD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the purchase or use of our products, or these Terms of Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RenuvaMD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Missouri. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RenuvaMD regarding your use of the Site and purchase of our products.
