90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your original purchase date.
To qualify for our 90-day money-back guarantee, you must document your product usage on a weekly basis. This means keeping a simple weekly log showing that you have been using the product as directed. If you request a refund under this guarantee, you may be asked to provide your weekly usage documentation. Refund requests submitted without proper weekly documentation may be declined.

14-Day Returns
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for return.
All returns must be shipped back to our international warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. RenuvaMD does not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for ensuring the returned product reaches our warehouse safely, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of being placed. After this window, your order will have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@renuva-md.com.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. Orders cancelled outside the 10-minute cancellation window are not eligible for cancellation refunds.
Chargebacks & Bank Disputes
Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Our support team can typically resolve concerns within 1–2 business days, whereas chargebacks can take weeks or months. We are always willing to work with you on a solution.
